Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Origination Supervisor to lead a small team and drive loan volume. You will secure timely documents for processing, underwriting and closing, and build referral networks with real estate professionals and builders.

With a focus on coaching originators, you will recruit, train and engage staff while working with multiple bank lines to grow customer relationships and product sales.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree not required; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience recruiting and developing mortgage loan originators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Ensure documents for processing, underwriting and closing are secured timely.
• Meet annual loan origination volume goals set by upper management.
• Establish referral sources from real estate brokers, builders, and other external sources.
• Recruit and retain talent through development and engagement.
• Collaborate across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other lines to grow customer relationships.
