U.S. Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Origination Supervisor to lead a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators. You will supervise daily activities, ensure timely document collection for processing, underwriting, and closing, and work to meet annual origination goals.

You will establish referral networks with real estate brokers and builders and collaborate across U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. The role requires NMLS registration, background and credit checks, and the ability to recruit and retain

Qualifications

• Two or more years of mortgage sales experience.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services, operations, and current market trends.
• Familiar with underwriting requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and local programs.
