• Evaluate loan submissions for accuracy and underwriting alignment.
• Coordinate workflow between MLO, Credit and Operations to advance files.
• Monitor pipeline activity to meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
• Engage borrowers with timely updates and clear communication.
