Wintrust Mortgage in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a professional mortgage sales team under the Branch Manager’s supervision. You will motivate originators and help structure loans to meet borrowers’ needs.

You will market Wintrust Mortgage locally, ensure compliance, train new hires, and develop referral relationships with real estate professionals. A minimum of 5 years mortgage banking experience and NMLS compliance are required.

• Must meet all NMLS requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years mortgage banking experience.
• Superior interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills.
• Self-starter, motivated, energetic, with excellent time-management skills.
