Job summary

Wintrust Mortgage in Minneapolis seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a professional mortgage sales team under the Branch Manager's guidance.

You will motivate originators, structure loans, market the Wintrust Mortgage brand locally, ensure compliance, train new hires, and build referral networks with real estate professionals and existing clients to grow production.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years mortgage banking experience.
• NMLS requirements must be met; Encompass experience preferred.
