Qualifications

• Five or more years of mortgage lending, mortgage sales, or residential real estate lending experience.
• Three or more years of mortgage sales leadership, supervisory, coaching, or team development experience.
• Active or eligible registration under the NMLS SAFE Act required.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, disclosures, regulatory compliance, and secondary market expectations.
• Excellent communication, sales coaching, problem-solving, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with mortgage loan origination systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, motivate, and manage Mortgage Loan Officers to achieve production, referral, quality, and member service goals.
• Develop and execute mortgage sales strategies to support growth objectives and expand market presence.
• Monitor pipelines, sales activity, conversion rates, referral sources, loan volume, and service levels to improve results.
• Provide regular sales coaching, performance feedback, goal setting, and accountability.
• Partner with branch teams, real estate professionals, builders, and other referral sources.
• Collaborate with mortgage operations to deliver a smooth member experience and ensure compliance.
