Virginia Credit Union is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer team leader to oversee the mortgage application process and drive origination growth. You will manage pipeline flow, set production goals, and ensure timely, accurate service to members.

You will mentor loan officers, train staff, and collaborate with branch management and other teams to build relationships with CPAs, builders, and real estate professionals while promoting VACU products and related services.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; college education in real estate/business preferred.
• Significant mortgage origination and processing experience; knowledge of mortgage programs and guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage teams and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a mortgage loan officer team and pipeline to meet origination goals.
• Set production goals and ensure monthly/annual targets are achieved.
• Mentor and train mortgage staff; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop staffing plans to support loan volumes and service levels.
• Maintain relationships with key partners and promote VACU products and services.
• Ensure compliance with NFIP, RESPA, and other regulations.
