Job summary

Liberty FCU in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Mortgage Lending Sales Manager to lead the mortgage sales team and drive production as a producing manager role. You will mentor, coach and partner with the RVP of Mortgage Sales to forecast monthly and annual volumes, develop winning strategies, and expand our referral network while delivering exceptional member service.

The role requires extensive mortgage origination experience and leadership ability; a current NMLS license and strong knowledge of

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years mortgage loan origination experience.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role leading a sales team.
NMLS license and continuing education required.
Working knowledge of conventional and government loan programs.
Experience with LOS, CRM, UW and related systems.
Excellent time management and verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead mortgage sales team and support growth in the Jacksonville area.
Mentor, lead, and coach sales team to achieve goals and build referrals.
Forecast monthly/annual production with RVP of Mortgage Sales.
Develop and implement strategies to reach production targets.
Provide exceptional member service and resolve issues promptly.
Represent the credit union at external events and maintain a professional image.
