Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two+ years of mortgage sales experience.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage products/services, operations, and market trends.
• Ability to interview and recruit new talent and drive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities related to loan origination for a small team of Mortgage Loan Originators.
• Establish referral sources with real estate brokers, builders, and external partners to sustain loan volume.
• Participate in local/state mortgage banking and realtor associations and stay current on industry issues.
• Collaborate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage and other business lines to grow customer relationships and product sales.
• Interview and recruit talent and focus on retaining employees through development and engagement.
