Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage seeks a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan origination team while continuing to produce at a top level. The role focuses on sales leadership, mentorship, and scaling the business beyond personal production.

Ideal candidate has about 5 years of retail mortgage origination leadership, with extensive referral partner network management and strong compliance acumen, reporting to the regional leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel
• Knowledge of QC compliance and handling difficult situations with branches/division
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
