You’ll maintain personal production while expanding the group, supported by dedicated infrastructure and a strong capital market platform. A growth-minded leader can amplify results without sacrificing income.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail mortgage origination with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and mentor branch personnel.
• Strong knowledge of QC compliance and fair lending requirements.
• Experience managing a network of referral partners.
