Our client, a leading North American mortgage originator and servicer, is looking to add Mortgage Processors to their St. Louis, MO team.

Description

The Home Loan Specialist is an entry-level role supporting various channels. As a Home Loan Specialist, you will facilitate efficient processes that support business and customer service objectives.

1. Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
2. Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, etc.)
3. Review and validate loan documents
4. Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses
5. Monitor work queues and intervene as needed
6. Perform other related duties as required and assigned
7. Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization's culture and values

Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial services and mortgage industry experience preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, which may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and specific plan terms. Available benefits include:
