Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Contract Mortgage Processor at Click2Close Mortgage Processing, LLC. The Mortgage Processor will be responsible for managing loan applications, verifying and documenting borrower information, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients and stakeholders, reviewing loan applications, preparing and submitting loan packages, and tracking the progress of each application from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loans
• Knowledge of Underwriting processes
• Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Processor for Brokers is required
• NMLS License is required
• Current book of business is required
