Responsibilities

• Scan, index, and process closed loan packages from settlement.
• Prepare Home Equity Applications, Disclosures and Closing Document requests for active Home Equity Loans.
• Order property documentation for home equity loans.
• Assist with managing the Home Equity Loan Pipeline with the lending team.
• Submit complete home equity files to underwriting for credit approval.
• Monitor and file paid-off loan files for long-term storage.
• Assist with ordering documentation for residential purchase and refinance applications.
• Process and monitor receipt of final title policies and recorded mortgages.
