Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Mortgage loan processes.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan pipeline and follow up on upcoming lock expirations.
• Prepare closing documents and support day-of-close activities.
• Communicate with loan originators, closing agents, title companies, and attorneys.
• Resolve outstanding documentation with closing partners.
• Assist with recording and filing documents.
• Manage loan funding and disbursements.
• Return final documents to borrowers after closing.
• Provide backup support for appraisal functions.
