TruHome Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented post-closing auditor to ensure all mortgage documents are properly executed and compliant with industry guidelines. The role involves reviewing government and conventional loan packages, clearing underwriting conditions, and verifying riders and descriptions.

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to resolve interpersonal conflict and miscommunications.
• Understanding of mortgage regulations.
• Keen awareness of timing to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Must be bonded.
• Broad knowledge of mortgage lending and auditing.
• Experience with PC-based loan management systems and pipeline tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Review closed loan packages for proper execution, including government and conventional loans.
• Verify documents: riders, legal descriptions, names, and proper filings; clear underwriting conditions.
• Monitor and record security instruments and assignments for recording.
• Scan closing packages into the system in an organized manner.
• Process trailing documents as needed.
• Follow up on corrections with closers to meet deadlines.
• Aim for minimal turn times in delivering closed loans to servicing.
• Promote honest and open communication across the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
