Zusammenfassung

Gesa Credit Union is seeking an experienced Home Loan Post Closing Specialist to manage the post-closing phase of residential mortgages. You will ensure documents meet regulatory timelines and coordinate with stakeholders for timely exports to the sub servicer and investors.

Responsibilities include reviewing settlement statements, PCCDs, escrow holdbacks, and MERS registration, while maintaining LOS records and adherence to investor guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree
• 1 year mortgage closing/post-closing experience preferred
• Familiarity with FNMA/FHA/VA/USDA guidelines preferred
• Experience with AUS and lending software preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Some travel required to meet training objectives

Aufgaben

• Manage post-closing stage of residential mortgage loans
• Ensure documents are accurate and compliant
• Coordinate with stakeholders for timely exports to sub servicer
• Handle post-closing quality control activities
• Maintain knowledge of mortgage products and investor guidelines
• Prioritize tasks to meet SLAs, timelines and lock expirations
• Review final settlement statements and update LOS
• Issue PCCDs within timelines
• Conduct servicing exports and MERS registration
• Manage escrow holdbacks and fund distribution
• Track post-closing conditions (tax transcripts, etc.)
• Sell/ship loan files to investors per requirements
• Monitor trailing documents and resolve deficiencies
• Monitor quality control and audit reports
• Request and track sub servicing corrections
• Support HELOC servicing
• Identify process improvements
• Maintain LOS records
• Attend trainings and meetings
