Job summary

Accordia Mortgage is seeking a detail‑mocused Post-Closing Specialist to join our Mortgage Operations team. You will assemble and deliver post‑closing packages, manage a diverse investor pipeline, and drive items to resolution while ensuring file accuracy and compliance.

Work closely with Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and investors to maintain timely purchases, follow regulatory guidelines, and protect borrower data in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of mortgage operations experience; processing background preferred.
• Knowledge of the loan lifecycle, investor delivery, and secondary marketing/purchase requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver post-closing packages to investors accurately and quickly.
• Manage a pipeline of loans across multiple investors and guidelines.
• Review closed loan files for completeness and accuracy; follow up on missing items.
