OneAZ Credit Union is hiring a Senior Post Closing Specialist to ensure accurate delivery of funded loans and timely investor purchases. You will act as the main resource for investor delivery operations and manage rebuttals and escalation of delivery disputes.

The role requires 8–10 years of mortgage post-closing experience, familiarity with LOS systems, and strong analytical and communication skills. Located at our Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ, with opportunities to mentor teammates.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years mortgage post-closing experience, including Fannie Mae delivery.
• Experience resolving investor exceptions and purchase delays.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and investor delivery portals.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of funded loans through investor purchase.
• Manage investor suspense, rebuttals, and curative documentation.
• Serve as SME for post-closing, loan delivery, and FNMA certifications.
• Lead remediation efforts for post-closing audit findings and defects.
• Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and training of staff.
