Liberty FCU is seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor in Evansville, IN. This 40-hour-per-week role requires strong member service and attention to detail, with mortgage servicing experience preferred.

The position is located at 4405 Theater Drive and involves rotating Saturday work and potential overtime during peak periods. Responsibilities include boarding new/renewed loans, post-closing servicing tasks, payment research, payoff processing, issue resolution, and liaising with

• Excellent member service skills and attention to detail are required.
• Previous mortgage servicing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent member service when fielding servicing calls from employees and members.
• Complete the boarding process for new, renewed and modified mortgage loans.
• Perform all aspects of servicing functionalities after the loan has closed, including payment research, mortgage payoffs, and issue resolution.
• Assist with input accuracy in the loan system and with loan sale transactions.
• Collaborate with accounting for reconciliations and process/correct mortgage transactions in the servicing software.
