Liberty FCU is seeking a Mortgage Post Closing/Servicing Processor with Escrow Focus to join our Evansville, IN team. The role handles escrow servicing after loan closing, including setting up escrow accounts and processing transactions, with a 40-hour work week and rotating Saturday schedule.

Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. The ideal candidate will bring strong member service skills and attention to detail, with escrow experience preferred and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Excellent member service skills with attention to detail.
• Previous escrow experience preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform escrow/servicing after loan closing, set up escrow accounts and process transactions.
• Disburse property tax, homeowner's and other insurance bills; research loan issues.
• Review input accuracy in loan system; perform payment research; assist accounting reconciliations.
