The role requires 2+ years of in-person origination, knowledge of VA/FHA and conventional programs, and the ability to operate from a home office with limited supervision. Occasional travel and teamwork are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of recent in-person mortgage origination experience with a solid book of business.
• Experience in a commission-based origination role.

Responsabilités

• Originate high quality loans meeting FCMC guidelines.
• Develop relationships with local real estate agents and builders.
• Manage territory and train employees on mortgage loan basics.
• Take customer loan applications, including pulling credit.
• Communicate with borrowers and real estate agents throughout the loan process.
• Travel as needed to meet business needs.
