Job summary

Mortgage Forward is seeking motivated Mortgage Loan Originators to join our growing team. This remote/full-time role focuses on originating residential mortgage loans through internal referrals and self-generated leads.

You will guide borrowers through the approval and closing process, maintain compliance with regulations, and build relationships with branches and communities to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of similar experience or related experience.
• Current NMLS license and state licensing (or ability to obtain).
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal referrals for residential mortgage loans to meet production goals.
• Solicit self-generated contacts to meet production goals.
• Act as liaison for borrower during approval/closing process as needed.
• Participate in community events to identify and promote mortgage products.
• Handle referral calls timely and professionally; develop external relationships.
