Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance
• Two or more years in Mortgage, Sales or Real Estate
• Ability to travel and work away from bank locations regularly

Responsibilities

• Originate mortgage loans in an assigned metropolitan territory.
• Take applications and conduct preliminary underwriting reviews.
• Submit applications to processing and underwriting for approval.
• Follow up to secure documents for processing, underwriting and closing.
• Spend at least 50% of time away from locations; 2+ hours driving weekly.
