Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales.
• Active NMLS number.
• Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with all bank departments.
• Favorable credit and background check.
• Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Offer loan solutions to customers while considering lending guidelines and customer needs.
• Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to retain clients and develop new ones.
• Maintain efficiency of your customer pipeline.
• Establish loan solutions and offer products and services to customers.
• Review and ensure documentation is compliant.
• Gather customer information for analysis for complex borrowers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Manage self-generated customer referrals and realtor needs.
