Job summary

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking experienced Mortgage Professionals to build a powerful lending pipeline across all 50 states. You’ll leverage our portfolio programs, CRM tools, and in-house support to close more loans and expand your network with realtors and clients.

Bring at least 3 years of mortgage lending experience, a strong referral base, and knowledge of FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth into leadership positions.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience.
• Consistent ability to close purchase loans (3+ per month).
• Strong network with realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust mortgage pipeline across VA, FHA, conforming, jumbo programs.
• Develop and deepen referral partnerships with real estate professionals and clients.
