Job summary

The Federal Savings Bank is seeking experienced Mortgage Professionals to join a growth-focused team. You’ll leverage our portfolio and CRM to turn prospects into closings and build a personal referral network across realtors, past clients, and financial planners.

This full-time role supports nationwide lending in all 50 states with niche programs and competitive compensation, including benefits and in-house support to help you scale your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience.
• Three or more new purchase loans per month.
• Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines.
• Favorable credit history and background check.
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline to convert prospects into closings.
• Develop and nurture a robust referral network with realtors and past clients.
• Leverage our portfolio programs to serve a broad client base nationwide.
