Qualifications

• NMLS license required.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients to understand financial goals and assess loan eligibility.
• Educate clients on mortgage products, terms and options.
• Assist in completing mortgage applications and collecting documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors and lenders to move files forward.
• Build and maintain referral sources and client lists.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
