Guild Mortgage is seeking an Originating Loan Officer Assistant in Atlanta to support originators in building complete loan files for submission and maintain strong borrower relationships throughout the loan process.

The role involves assisting with application processing, document collection, and ensuring adherence to lending guidelines, while coordinating with underwriters and processors to drive timely approvals.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• NMLS licensure required.
• Experience in mortgage lending preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess financial goals and loan eligibility.
• Educate on mortgage products and options with personalized recommendations.
• Assist in completing mortgage applications and collecting documentation.
• Collaborate with underwriters, processors, realtors, and lenders to facilitate loan approvals.
• Submit complete loan packages to processing and lock rates.
• Provide excellent customer service and timely updates to clients and agents.
