• Communicate with applicants and Mortgage Specialists.
• Provide quality member service and collect needed documents.
• Schedule inside and outside appointments for loan originators.
• Stay updated on regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments in real estate lending.
• Assist with other Mortgage Department duties as needed.
