Responsibilities

• Assist members with requests in person or by telephone.
• Answer questions about products and services and resolve problems.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell products and services.
• Meet sales goals and expand member relationships.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and transfers; handle money orders and cash drawer.
• Respond to online banking inquiries and text messaging.
• Prepare e-sign packages and assist with electronic signing of documents.
• Accept loan applications in person and by phone and explain lending options.
• Obtain and analyze credit reports, verify information, and submit loan applications.
