Qualifications

• Two to three years related experience in financial institutions, loan servicing or operations.
• Ability to analyze income documents including paystubs and tax returns.
• Basic understanding of NCUA regulations and applicable operating rules.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process all loan transactions, including payments, payoffs, new disbursements and related entries.
• Perform quality control reviews of consumer loan types to ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure data on titles is accurate and up to date.
• Communicate with members, dealers and agencies to resolve title timing issues.
• Generate loan reports and send title or lien release notifications.
• Process payoff transactions for dealers and obtain borrower authorization.
• Record and track UCC filings to perfect the credit union lien position.
• Contribute to process improvements for title processing functions.
• Handle documentation with insurers for total losses and payoff checks.
• Manage GAP insurance removal, refunds, and claims.
• Review debt protection claims and refunds; respond to discrepancies.
