Job summary

You will manage file workflows, coordinate with loan officers and underwriters, and ensure timely processing while upholding BSA/ HMDA and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mortgage pipeline with timely processing of loan packages and commitments.
• Maintain understanding of Webster First mortgage products and services.
• Prepare and send compliance-related documents to members accurately.
• Provide proactive communication with members throughout the loan process.
• Document all member, loan officer, and underwriter correspondence in the file.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of loan data and system records.
• Update loan statuses in required systems and reports for transparency.
