Mortgage Operations Support Coordinator (Stamford CT)

Location: Stamford CT | 60K - 70K Base + Benefits Package

We are currently recruiting for a Mortgage Operations Support Coordinator in Stamford, CT. The role is in-office 5 days. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the mortgage industry with exposure to processing, post-closing, compliance and / or operations with a solid understanding of mortgage processes. 60K - 70K Base + Benefits

• Compliance oversight with assisting in daily operations, including post-closing, loan opening/setup, QC reviews, regulatory compliance.
• Assist with regulatory exams, Mortgage Call Reports and all state regulatory reporting requirements, quarterly & annual.
• Coordinate, implement, and track completion of annual compliance training programs to ensure adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with third-party QC vendor to create file selection uploads, review preliminary and final audit reports, and coordinate management responses and corrective action reviews.
• Assist with post-closing operations, including processing closing packages, uploading closed loan for purchase review, and clearing post-closing conditions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serve as a backup resource for preparing and issuing initial loan disclosures to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
