You will guide cross‑functional collaboration with loan production, closing, secondary marketing, quality control, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in mortgage operations, leadership, and process oversight.
• 4+ years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage processing and underwriting operations.
• Guide teams in resolving complex loan applications and issues.
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, regulatory guidelines.
