Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in mortgage operations, leadership, oversight, and team management.
• 4+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage processing and underwriting operations in line with guidelines.
• Guide teams through complex loan applications and escalations.
• Review complex loan scenarios within delegated authority.
• Ensure compliance with investor, agency, regulatory, and internal lending rules.
• Oversee data integrity, documentation quality, and processes.
• Manage workflow distribution and pipeline performance to meet SLAs.
• Analyze metrics and trends to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with production, closing, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Coach and develop mortgage operations staff and support performance management.
