Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Required).
• 6+ years of experience in mortgage operations and operational leadership.
• 4+ years of supervisory or management experience leading a team, process, or project.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage processing and underwriting operations, ensuring loans meet credit and documentation requirements.
• Guide teams in resolving complex loan application, underwriting, and operational issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Review and approve complex loan scenarios within delegated authority and expedite high-risk or non-standard requests.
• Ensure adherence to investor, agency, regulatory, and internal lending guidelines.
• Oversee loan data integrity, documentation quality, and processes to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
• Manage daily workflow and pipeline performance to meet service levels.
• Analyze metrics and trends to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve loan challenges and improve loan flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop mortgage operations team members with performance management.
