Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years mortgage service background preferred.
• Prior notary experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Record loan modification status updates in the MSP system.
• Prepare modifications/subordinate mortgages and mail to vendor for recording.
• Mail completed modifications to borrower and document investor’s custodian.
• Review loan files for compliance with guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Communicate loan file concerns to supervisors and teams.
• Follow CFPB guidelines and state/federal laws.
