Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience underwriting non-QM loans and strong knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines. Competitive salary range is $90,000 to $105,000, plus a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years mortgage experience underwriting non-QM loans.
• Ability to underwrite Non-QM and Non-Agency products.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely, sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze mortgage loan applications.
• Make independent decisions regarding loan acceptance.
• Manage loans using Encompass.

Skills

Mortgage underwriting experience

Knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC guidelines

Ability to analyze complex financials

Proficiency with Encompass
