The role involves data entry, updating servicing systems, and ensuring compliance with CFPB and investor guidelines. You will review loss mitigation approved loans, prepare related documents, and communicate with borrowers and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two years mortgage servicing experience preferred.
• Notary experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record loan modification status updates in MSP.
• Prepare modifications/subordinate mortgages and mail to vendor.
• Mail completed modifications to borrowers and document investor custodian.
• Review loan files for compliance with guidelines; update as needed.
• Communicate loan file concerns to supervisors.
• Follow CFPB and federal/state guidelines as per manual.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely file completion.
• Become and maintain notary status; notarization on-site.
