Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Loss Mitigation Processing experience in the past 2 years.
• Recent documented experience working within the current regulatory environment.
• Experience processing for HAMP Conventional, FHA, VA, and Rural loans.
• Articulate and organized communication skills in writing and on the phone.
• Highly organized with a process efficiency mindset.
• Friendly and engaging personality, enjoys working with people.

Responsibilities

• Reviews modification applications and structures documentation accordingly.
• Orders and tracks required documentation to meet processing time frames.
• Works with customers and clients to resolve questions immediately.
• Clears underwriting conditions with customers and vendors.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
