Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Katy, TX is seeking a Partner Specialist who will become an expert in the Member Center, handling accounts, loans and referrals to other TDECU products. This role supports and coaches colleagues with complex issues and transactions, while delivering outstanding service in a retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in member services, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Supervisory experience in retail banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential members and deepen relationships.
• Open, close and service member accounts and loans.
• Resolve complex member issues with prompt follow-up.
• Mentor and train new Member Specialists.
• Meet outbound targets and educate members on financial solutions.
