Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Partner Specialist to act as an expert in the Member Center, handling complex member transactions and guiding colleagues to resolve issues. You will service accounts, process loans, and connect Members with the right product experts.

This role emphasizes deep product knowledge, stellar service, and the ability to navigate mortgage, insurance, wealth and business services to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Supervisory experience in retail banking (multi-site management preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to educate and guide members.

Responsibilities

• Engage potential members and deepen existing relationships.
• Open/close complex deposit accounts and service loans.
• Serve as subject matter expert across Mortgage, Insurance, Wealth, and Business Services.
• Assist and mentor teammates on complex member issues and transactions.
• Maintain branch member experience and deliver REAL service standards.
