Job summary

Servbank is seeking a Mortgage Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage delinquent mortgage accounts and coordinate loss mitigation efforts. The role requires strong collections skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with borrowers and third parties while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Base pay starts at $19.38 per hour (with a bilingual option at $19.88) plus potential monthly bonuses up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent (within 3 years) Collections/Loss Mitigation Experience preferred
• Proficient in communicating with borrowers and third parties
• Knowledge of CHFA/FHA, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines a plus

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicates with customers and authorized third parties to ensure understanding of outcomes at each step
• Contacts borrowers with delinquent mortgages to cure delinquent accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements to keep borrowers in their homes
• Maintain thorough working knowledge of loss mitigation offerings for all investors and insurers
• Ensure all communications are empathetic, clear, and compliant with regulations
