Responsibilities

• Manage locking mortgage loans in a team-oriented environment.
• Review and confirm all lock requests' match investor lock confirmations.
• Understand how loans are priced for all mortgage products.
• Manage lock expiration dates and insure loan closes and is delivered (shipped) within their lock terms.
• Upload existing locked loans.
• Work in Encompass Loan Origination software and in outside investor web portals.
• Conduct market and data research.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
