Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Remote Lock Desk Analyst to support rate lock, change, and extension requests in a fast-paced Secondary Marketing team. You will work with Encompass, Optimal Blue, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely lock management.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of mortgage lending experience; strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
• 2+ years mortgage lending experience or equivalent coursework
• Experience with Encompass and Optimal Blue systems preferred
• Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Process rate lock requests in Encompass and communicate with requestors as needed
• Process change, reprice, and extension requests
• Assist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries
• Collaborate with Secondary Marketing leadership to implement system changes and process improvements
• Answer system, product, and procedural inquiries
