Job summary

Annaly Capital Management, Inc. is seeking a Lock Desk Coordinator to support daily lock desk operations across delegated and non-delegated channels, delivering timely, accurate pricing support in a fast-paced residential mortgage environment.

This role requires 2+ years in loan pricing and familiarity with pricing sheets and underwriting guidelines, with on-site work in Dallas, TX three days a week. You will process pipeline requests, monitor dashboards for lock exceptions, manage seller

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in loan pricing, eligibility and secondary marketing.
• Knowledgeable in the loan origination and fulfillment process.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process pipeline requests in accordance with established policies and service-level expectations.
• Monitor Lock Desk dashboards for lock exception and change requests, applying accurate and compliant pricing adjustments as required.
• Oversee new seller onboarding with pricing vendors and maintain seller-specific overlays across multiple systems to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
• Validate pricing and eligibility as part of our purchase process
