Job summary

Universal Lending Corporation seeks a Lock Desk & Pricing Analyst to manage the Lock Desk, support sales and pricing activities, and optimize mortgage pricing strategies. The role involves building reports, tracking rates, and collaborating with the Hedge & Pricing Analyst to ensure data accuracy and strong pricing analytics.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Math background with 1+ year of mortgage pricing experience and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in mortgage pricing, and secondary marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft products.
• Experience with mortgage pricing engines like Optimal Blue preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lock Desk management and sales support.
• Update and import rates into Optimal Blue.
• Support updates in Optimal Blue.
• Assist in the audit of the hedge model for data accuracy.
