Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Sales Assistant in the Lacey, WA area to support mortgage loan officers and processors in daily duties, enhance customer experience, and help facilitate timely closings.

The role involves reviewing applications, preparing disclosures, managing a diverse loan pipeline, and coordinating with title companies. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of mortgage-related experience, including customer contact.
• Previous sales support experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation via phone/computer tasks.
• Review disclosure packages and deliver them to the borrower.
• Create rate disclosure and re-disclosure packages for borrowers.
• Review documents and loan files, highlight deficiencies, and notify team.
• Clarify/correct information and obtain additional details via phone or email.
• Provide general clerical support to loan officers and processors.
• Support management across lending and processing stages as needed.
• Assist in managing a pipeline including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, 203K, and reverse mortgages.
• Deliver appraisals/property valuations and retrieve receipt proofs.
• Track items on loan files and follow up for required documentation.
• Coordinate with Title Company and borrowers to schedule timely closings.
