Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ work experience in mortgage loan processing.
• Ability to maintain quality and productivity under changing work demands.
• Demonstrated flexibility and control when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Take initial inquiry calls for prequalification and complete applications.
• Discuss products and pricing with customers.
• Review complex files to identify and solve potential loan application problems.
• Manage pipeline and communicate updates to Home Lending Advisors.
• Act as a liaison between Home Lending Advisors and various stakeholders.
